Order
Place your order
Fill in the form below with your shoes and the work you're after. We'll take a look, confirm the repairs and price, and get them resoled.
Terms & conditions
Please read these before you send your shoes in.
Drop-off policy+
Drop your shoes off at the workshop or post them to us. Please make sure they're reasonably clean and dry.
Assessment & suitability+
Every pair is assessed before any work starts. Some shoes are too far gone, or built in a way that can't be resoled to a standard we're happy with. If yours isn't suitable, we'll tell you before doing anything and return them unworked.
Rubber selection+
We use Vibram XS Edge and XS Grip2 and will recommend a compound based on how you climb. If your preferred option isn't in stock, we'll suggest the closest match before proceeding.
Pricing & additional work+
The quoted price covers the agreed work. Anything extra found during the resole is quoted separately and only carried out once you approve it. You won't be charged for work you didn't agree to.
Hidden damage+
Wear isn't always visible until the old sole comes off. If we find hidden damage once work begins, such as a failing rand, delamination, or a rotten leather, we'll pause and contact you with the options and any revised cost before continuing.
Turnaround time+
Turnaround is usually 2 to 3 weeks from when your shoes reach us, and can be longer during busy periods or for bulk orders. Any estimate is a guide, not a guarantee.
Payment policy+
Payment is due once the resole is complete and before your shoes are returned or collected, by PayNow bank transfer.
Completion & collection+
We'll let you know when your shoes are ready. Collect them from the workshop, or have them posted back at the return postage rate.
Responsibility for your shoes+
Solah takes full responsibility for your shoes from the moment they arrive at the workshop until they leave it. If they go missing before they reach the workshop, or after they've been posted back to you, for example lost in the post, responsibility lies with you and the postal service. In that case Solah can't cover replacement shoes or refund the work already completed.
General disclaimer+
Resoling restores worn shoes but can't undo all prior wear or guarantee performance identical to new. Solah isn't liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of resoled shoes.
