Can you resole all climbing shoes?

Most of them. Now and then a shoe is too far gone, or built in a way that isn't worth resoling. If that's yours, we'll tell you before doing anything.

Will my shoes still feel the same?

Accepted Answer

A good resole brings back the original edge and profile, so they fit and climb like the pair you broke in. Usually far better than the worn sole they came in with.

What rubber do you use?

We've got Vibram XS Edge and XS Grip2 in stock right now, but hoping to source other types of rubber soon!

How long will my resole take?

Accepted Answer

Usually about 2 to 3 weeks from when your shoes reach us, depending on how busy we are and what they need. Bulk orders can take a little longer.

Can I drop my shoes off?

In time, yes. We're aiming to partner with climbing gyms throughout Singapore in the future.

How do I pay?

Once we've looked at your shoes and sent a quote, we'll share payment details for PayNow bank transfer. Settle up before we post them back.

Question 7

Can you resole a shoe more than once?

Accepted Answer

Usually. Look after the upper and a shoe can go through numerous resoles, which is the point: keep climbing on them instead of buying new. It comes down to the state of the rand and upper, which we'll check when they arrive.

Question 8

Can you do edgeless shoes (Genius, Futura, Mantra, Theory, Maverinks, etc.)?

Edgeless and no-edge shoes need extra care to keep their profile. There will be a small extra charge for them. Put the exact model on your order and we'll confirm before starting.

Question 9

Can you resole approach shoes or boots?

Accepted Answer

Approach shoes and mountaineering boots are built differently from rock shoes, so they aren't part of what we do right now. Send us a message and we'll let you know if we can help.

Question 10

Can you do strap, eyelet, or stitching repairs?

Not right now unfortunately, but this is something we hope to be adding in the future.

Can you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

We're focused on Singapore for now. If you're overseas and keen, get in touch and we'll see what we can do, though return postage and timing will vary.

Question 12

What if my resole starts to delaminate?

Accepted Answer

If a resole we did starts peeling under normal use 2 weeks after receiving them, tell us and we'll sort it out for free.
